A special news program dubbed Schale News gave some updates on new content coming soon to Blue Archive for the game’s 4.5-year anniversary. This included new characters and story as well as some QOL updates. Of the news given, there was one specific to the game’s Steam port. The Steam version, which first released on July 3, will be receiving both official Steam Deck and controller support. Players will be able to play Blue Archive on Steam Deck with controls optimized for the platform, and also be able to play the Steam version using only a controller. This support will be implemented after the May 26th update.
