Multiple figure prototypes featuring characters from Nihon Falcom’s long-running Trails series have been unveiled. These prototypes are currently on display at the Trails in the Sky the 1st Fan Meeting being held in Japan. Four of the figures are being produced by Kotobukiya while another is being produced by Good Smile Company. Of the five prototypes unveiled, two of them are painted.
The first of the Kotobukiya unpainted prototypes features Tita Russell, utilizing her design seen in the Trails in the Sky trilogy. She also comes equipped with her orbal cannon. You can check out her figure’s unpainted prototype below.
The second Kotobukiya unpainted prototype features Van Arkride, the protagonist of Trails through Daybreak. He’s wearing his default attire from Daybreak and Daybreak II while wielding his stun caliber. You can check out his figure’s unpainted prototype below.
The third Kotobukiya unpainted prototype is of Renne Bright. While the previous Kotobukiya scale figure of Renne featured her using her appearance from Trails of Cold Steel IV and Trails into Reverie, this new figure showcases Renne using her appearance from Trails through Daybreak II. You can check out the unpainted prototype of Renne’s upcoming figure below.
The last images unveiled by Kotobukiya are the decoration master (decomas) of Alisa Reinford, one of the members of the original Class VII. This figure utilizes her appearance from Trails of Cold Steel III-IV and Trails into Reverie. Like the others, she comes equipped with her weapon from the games, a bow. You can check out Alisa’s decomas below.
The final figure image comes from Good Smile Company. This upcoming figure is part of the large variant of their Pop Up Parade line. It features Renne, but in contrast to Kotobukiya’s upcoming scale figure, this Pop Up Parade figure utilizes Renne’s youthful design from her first appearance in Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter/The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC. Unlike the other figures shown earlier, this one does not come with a weapon. You can check out the painted prototype of Renne’s Pop Up Parade figure below.
And with that, those are all the Trails series figure prototypes unveiled recently. Did any of them catch your eye? Will you be picking up any of the shown figures in the future?
