Earlier this morning, Nintendo had a whole Nintendo Direct dedicated to Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream. This latest Direct featured all kinds of new info and footage of Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream. Some of the content Nintendo featured, included the amount of options there are for creating Mii characters, the level of customizing you can do on your island and even some of the ways a player’s Miis can interact with each other. Feel free to check out the new Direct trailer down below. At the end of the Direct, Nintendo also finally announced an exact release date for the game. Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream is headed to Nintendo Switch this upcoming April 16th, 2026. So far no Nintendo Switch 2 version has been announced, but Nintendo does make sure to mention that the Switch 1 version of the game will be compatible with the Nintendo Switch 2.
