This will be my first week attempting to do the Nintendo Download for all of our readers out there. I will likely be handling this on Thursdays going forward. This week looks good for lovers of Ecchi style games with the release of Duel Princess, arcade lovers have a couple archive titles and some great DLC for a fan favorite. Let’s dig in and see what this week has in store for us.

Here are this week’s highlighted titles:

First up, we have Duel Princess from our friends at qureate. This is a tower defense game with some rougelike elements mixed in for good measure. There is a unique minigame in here that will grant players some sexy rewards as well.

Dead Cells fans have new content to enjoy with the The Queen and the Sea DLC. In this DLC you will battle in sunken shipwrecks, scale a burning lighthouse and confront your deadliest foe yet. This also give you access to 9 new weapons, including a throwable shark, a trident and a pirate hook hand, a not-so-cute pet, loads of outfits and of course new enemies to bash.

The last title I would like to spotlight this week, is Demon Gaze EXTRA. This is an enhanced version of the Vita classic with better graphics and new elements to enhance the experience. When I reviewed the Vita release back in 2014 I found it welcoming for Dungeon Crawler noobs with some fantastic art work.

Not much to talk about in Sales and Deals this week, but the New Year’s Sale is still ongoing until January 16, 2022. You can check out a full list of sales titles here that have discounted up to 75%. There are a few other titles on sale as well, and you can hit up the eShop Deals page to see if anything suits your fancy.

Lastly here is a full list of new titles on the Switch eShop this week.

This wraps up this week’s Nintendo Download. This is a pretty good week with something new for just about everyone. I’ll be back next week with another Nintendo Download.

As the site admin, he will continue to do this and even show there is value in what some would deem "pure ecchi." He loves niche games and anime more than anything... well, except maybe Neptune.
