Perfect World Entertainment has teamed up with Cryptic Studios and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. This new charity drive is part of their Perfect World Level Up charity program. The Neverwinter charity drive is taking place on Groupees.com through August 13th at 10:00 am PT. According to the press release, all proceeds from the event will go to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America to help young people in need of support.
The Neverwinter charity drive also celebrates the PC launch of Neverwinter: Jewel of the North. This is the 21st module for the MMORPG, adding a brand new class (the Bard) and quality of life improvements. One of those is a new more streamlined level-up system. This makes the game more accessible for players of all experience levels.
During the charity event on Groupees, players can buy in-game items to support the drive. They are organized in two tears: $2 and $10. The press release notes that international customers can pay in their local currency based on the current exchange rate at the time of purchase. Furthermore, it warns that some items may sell out quickly. The charity bundles are available for all platforms (Steam, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Epic Games Store, and Arc Games). Here are the items in both tiers:
