The official Twitter account for the English version of Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story has announced that the English server will cease all operations on September 29, 2020 at 11:59 pm PDT. The English version launched on June 25, 2019.

We are incredibly thankful for all the support you have given Magia Record – English since its release in June of 2019. Without you, there would be no Magia Record.

Magia Stones will still be available for purchase until 9/10 at 11:59 PM PDT.

The Madoka Magica Side Story mobile game first launched in Japan on August 22, 2017. It has been adapted into a TV anime series by Shaft which ran for 13 episodes from January 2020 to March 2020. A second season is currently in production.

The English version of the mobile game ceases operations on September 29. While the English server ceases service, the other region’s servers will still be operational, including the Japanese server.
