Burn the Witch

Burn the Witch is the latest series from the creator of Bleach, Tite Kubo. While the one-shot released in Shonen Jump during 2018, it’s planned for a four chapter run in Weekly Shonen Jump. It will also have a film adaptation released in Japan that will be split into three episodes on streaming services worldwide. It will air in Japan on October 2nd and launch globally on Crunchyroll the same day in North, Central, and South America as well as Europe, Oceania, the Middle East, and Africa.

While the series isn’t a sequel to Bleach, it is set in the same universe. Burn the Witch follows deuteragonists Noel Niihashi and Spangcole Ninny as they fight dragons while working under the Western branch of the Soul Society located in “Reverse London”.

You can read the first chapter of Burn the Witch for free from the official source here.

Aside from his latest work, Tite Kubo also did the official character designs for Sakura Wars on Playstation 4. You can check out our review here.
