I know I’ve called previous Nintendo Download articles short, but this one really is. Sure, there’s a couple featured titles, but not much else. So I won’t waste time meandering, let’s just get started.
Both of today’s featured games are very unusual. They’re just not the sort of games that Nintendo typically highlights. First up is Faeria. It’s a strategic board game that features both cards and a grid to play on. It also has attractive visual style and a massive single player campaign. The other game is Linn: Path of Orchards. It’s a puzzle platformer that reminds me of both GRIS and Celeste. Which is actually pretty cool. Next up, let’s continue the Nintendo Download with some sales.

There’s only a couple digital games for next week’s Nintendo Download. First up is Helheim Hassle, a narrative adventure with puzzle platforming. And then there’s Norman’s Great Illusion, which has you live a fraught year as an engineer.
Lastly, here’s the digital offerings for this week. Retro fans can be happy with multiple offerings – Arcade Archives CIRCUS CHARLIE, KING OF FIGHTERS R-2 and SAMURAI SHODOWN!2. VN fans have a couple options – Big Dipper and Collar X Malice -Unlimited-. For frenetic action, try WE ARE DOOMED and Zero Strain.
