Ever wanted to raise your own plant girl? Well now’s your chance, after Inti Creates detailed upcoming DLC for Blaster Master Zero 2 during the New Game Plus Expo on June 23, 2020.

Starring fan-favorite plant girl Kanna, the Kanna Raising Simulator DLC is a mini-game in which players have to grow their own Kanna. You’ll earn points for collecting mutants, bugs, and items scattered throughout each stage, with the type of items collected affecting Kanna’s growth. Every Kanna players grow will be added to their gallery collection, so there’s plenty of incentive to grow as many different types of Kanna as possible.

The rules for the simulator are simple: gather items to create fertilizer. If you don’t fill the clear gauge by the time the level ends, it’s game over. Kanna herself is hiding somewhere in each level, and she’ll give hints on how to complete it, but not every hint she gives is actually helpful. How many Kanna will you be able to grow?

Blaster Master Zero 2 is a side-scrolling action adventure that directly follows its predecessor. In this game, Jason and Eve venture into the depths of space in their new battle tank “GAIA-SOPHIA.”

Kanna Raising Simulator will release on June 29, 2020. Blaster Master Zero 2 is available on the Nintendo Switch and Steam. The game will launch on the PlayStation 4 the same day as the Kanna Raising Simulator DLC.
