It may not look like Summer outside my window, but it’s right around the corner. This Nintendo Download officially can’t wait any longer, and has Summer on the mind. There’s some great featured titles, a scrum of digital games and a brand spanking new Summer Game Sale! So grab your Switch, a beach towel and sunglasses, get comfy on the couch, and check out what’s new this week!

Nintendo Download | Summer in Mara

There’s a couple eclectic featured titles this week, but of course one has Summer in the name. It’s none other than Summer in Mara, a farming adventure with cute art and a perky hero named Koa. Though I’m not much for super laid back games, I do rather like the visual style of this one. If you want a bit more challenge, you might prefer Evan’s Remains. It’s a puzzle platformer contending with a mystery, and it also has a distinct aesthetic style. Oprainfall actually covered the game on Steam, so you can read up on it to make up your mind. Next up, the Nintendo Download continues with a new reason to play Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
