The Switch has Surpassed the PlayStation 4’s Total Sales in Japan

The Switch sale numbers have been creeping up on the PlayStation 4’s for a while in Japan, so we knew it would overtake it soon. It appears that time has come. PS4 has moved 8,077,756 units across all versions, while the Switch has now sold 8,125,637 units in only 114 weeks. The PlayStation 4 has been on market for 272 weeks in Japan.

Looks like the Nintendo Switch has a bright future there if these number keep up.
