Koruldia Heritage is a story driven RPG with hand drawn graphics and an emphasis on nonlinear exploration and making choices that effect the world around you, traveling around the world of Korulimbo meeting interesting characters, fighting monsters, crawl through dungeons, and other RPG fare with a loyal… dog(?) by your side. Koruldia Heritage makes use of a turn-based battle system pretty typical of the JRPG’s that inspired it, however in some cases battles can be avoid in favor of more diplomatic alternatives.

Reward tiers:

So, does this sound interesting to you? If so you might be wondering about the reward tiers. Well with a pledge of about $15 you’ll receive a digital copy of the game through Steam, as well as a wallpaper pack. For about $25 you’ll get the digital deluxe version on an available platform of your choice, as well as digital copies of the soundtrack, art book, and manual. Finally, for about $76 you can score a physical copy of the game on any available platform of your choice with the digital goodies listed above. There are other, higher, reward tiers so be sure to check the Kickstarter yourself if you’re looking to drop some serious dough.

Stretch Goals:

Koruldia Heritage has already reached it’s funding goal, but like most projects it does have some stretch goals it still needs helps reaching. These goals include adding new art assets to alter the players appearance based on the players actions (Light, neutral, dark.), adding more NPC’s, enemies, and puzzles, and finally ports to both the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.

As mentioned above, Koruldia Heritage has already reached it’s funding goal $12,693 and is currently sitting at $14,624. However it still has a long way to go to reach some those stretch goals. For example, the PS4 and Switch ports aren’t going to happen until it reaches $102,000. But it’s already been Greenlit on Steam and has been approved by the Square Enix Collective. If this looks up your alley, consider giving Koruldia Heritage’s Kickstarter a once over.
