Fruitbat Factory have announced the testing of Acceleration of SUGURI 2, the lightning-paced duel-style shoot’em’up, has moved into an open beta phase and is available for all to play. It’s available on the game’s Steam page Simply click “Download Demo” to add the beta client to your account.
Acceleration of SUGURI 2 is $8.99 and is available for pre-order on Steam with a 15% pre-order discount. Three original soundtracks from the SUGURI series – Accelerator, Realism, and SUGURI the Best, priced $7.99 each, are also available for pre-order.

February 22, 2018 – Fruitbat Factory is excited to announce the that the testing of Acceleration of SUGURI 2 has now moved into long-awaited open beta and is immediately available for everyone to play! The game is launching on Steam March 7. Developed by 100% Orange Juice, Acceleration of SUGURI 2 offers lighting-fast duels on- and offline. The Steam version has been remastered for full HD resolutions, and comes with support for English, Japanese, and Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
8 of the game’s 15 characters are playable in the beta: Suguri, Sora, Alte, Tsih, Nanako, Kae, Mira and Iru. Players can fight against the CPU and compete online against each other using the game’s new lobby system.
To join the open beta, players only need to navigate to the game’s Steam page and click “Download Demo” to add the beta client to their account.
Acceleration of SUGURI 2 and its soundtracks are now available for pre-order directly on Steam, with a -15% pre-order promotion.
Acceleration of SUGURI 2 takes place thousands of years after the events of Sora, when a new threat surfaces in a time of peace and brings together the casts of Sora and SUGURI.
