At the Arc System Works Fighting Game Awards in Japan, the developer released a deluge of new information about BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle, including the release date, total character count, information about the limited edition, and a new character. The game will release on May 25, 2018 in Japan and Asia, and June 5 worldwide, on PS4, Switch and Steam.

Much of the information about the game comes through a new trailer showing off the announced characters, which you can watch on YouTube courtesy of Persona Central below, or a cleaner version on Niconico:

The trailer goes through the 20 previously announced characters, before revealing that there will be 40 characters in the game in total, including DLC. It then ends by showing off the first DLC character to be revealed, RWBY’s Blake Belladonna.
