Bandai Namco has posted a new trailer for Dragon Ball FighterZ, this time showing off DLC character Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (SSGSS) Vegeta. As the character feature trailers tend to be, it’s very brief, and only shows off his supers and some specials, but it gives at least some sense of what he’ll play like.
You can see the trailer below:
SSGSS Vegeta, along with SSGSS Goku, is one of the first DLC characters announced for Dragon Ball FighterZ. They’ll be available at launch for anyone who pre-orders the game, and later on for everyone else. The two SSGSS characters are also likely the last two character trailers we’ll be seeing before the game releases, with seemingly the entire base cast revealed at this point, three weeks out from the final release.
Also, in case you happened to miss it, Bandai Namco also released the game’s opening cinematic just before Christmas, showing off all 21 characters confirmed for the base game. You can see that here:
Dragon Ball FighterZ’s final release date is drawing near, with the game set for release on PS4, Xbox One and Steam on January 26 in most of the world and February 1 in Japan. If you’re interested in the game you can also check out the open beta, which starts on PS4 and Xbox One at midnight on January 14, while those with digital pre-orders get access starting a day earlier on January 13.
