RPG Site is reporting that ESRB Logo is for Full Online Service Games and Mobile games.

False alarm: the ESRB Privacy Certified logo is designed for full-service online and mobile games.

The official English site for SEGA’s Valkyria Franchise has confirmed a new project will be coming on November 20th. The page has no details about the new project, but does have an ESRB Rating Pending graphic at the bottom.
