Bandai Namco has announced that One Piece: Unlimited World Red will be launching digitally in North America on Nintendo Switch on September 29th. This comes a month shy of the game’s release across PS4, Xbox One, and Steam on August 25th.

Unlimited World Red includes 40 pieces of the game’s DLC and technical upgrades, with an improved frame rate and full 1080p resolution (the Switch version will run in 720p when in portable mode). Better still for Switch fans, there is a 2-player co-op mode fully playable with two Joy-Cons when on the go.

The original One Piece: Unlimited World was released on Nintendo 3DS, Wii U, PS3, and PS Vita way back in 2013 in Japan. The enhanced Red edition is only announced for the newer-gen platforms and PC. One Piece as a franchise celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2017.
