McDonald’s Japan and AKB48 have teamed-up once again to collaborate for a brand new animated short. This new short actually serves as sequel to the short animation from last year. In that short a young girl is recruited by the manager of a McDonald’s restaurant, and is able to work up the ranks while her manager is promoted to a higher position in the company. The young girl becomes manager herself and goes on to hire a prospective new employee. In this new short we get a day-in-the-life from both characters from the previous short in their current positions at the company.

While mainly a recruitment video the amount of heart these animated shorts have is unbelievable. Check it out for yourself below.
