Gundam Versus | Title

BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. has announced that Gundam Versus will be heading west this Fall exclusively for PS4. The game will feature over 90 Mobile Suits spanning over 35 years of the franchise.  Players can battle each other online in two-versus-two and three-versus-three battles to determine who is the best Mobile Suit pilot.

Eric Hartness, Vice President of Marketing for BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc., said the following of the franchise and the game’s release announcement:

“For more than 35 years the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise has fostered a highly engaged and energetic community. We are excited to release GUNDAM VERSUS to those fans eager for more Mobile Suit Gundam releases in the West, as well as introducing the franchise a brand new expanded audience.”

Fans of the series will also get the chance to vote for this game’s cover art. There are four options to choose from and each cover art features two different Mobile Suits. The cover art options are as follows (please let me know if I get any of the names wrong):

Option A – RX-78-2 Gundam and Gundam Barbatos

Option B – Gundam Unicorn and Nu Gundam

Option C – Gundam Exia and Full Armor Gundam
