Berserk and the Band of the Hawk

Koei Tecmo announced new abilities in their upcoming game, Berserk and the Band of the Hawk. These abilities must be “Awakened” in order to use them. Triggering them gives a large temporary boost to the character you are playing. A few examples are critical attacks from Guts’ Berserker Armor, killer attacks from Griffith’s demonic Femto form, and mowing down enemies with Zodd’s giant Apostle form.

After defeating enemies with your Awakening abilities, you earn various raw materials. These materials can then be used after battles to upgrade your weaponry. Doing so will not only make you stronger but also unlock new combos.

Lastly, Koei Tecmo revealed more screenshots of Berserk and the Band of the Hawk, showing off the Awakening abilities along with various enemies you will encounter.
