After waiting a long time to hear Dragon Ball Super in English, not only are we finally getting it, the series premieres on Toonami next month, January 7th! The show will have two slots: 8:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. ET. The first season consists of 26 episodes and encompasses the recent Battle of Gods and Resurrection F films.

But wait, there’s more! Along with Super, Toonami will also premiere Dragon Ball Z Kai: The Final Chapters on the exact same day! The last arc covers the Buu Saga and will premiere right after Super at midnight.

Anyone else feeling reminiscent of the days when Toonami would play two different Dragon Ball series on their block?
