Following the news of the Japanese release of Akiba’s Beat being delayed to Winter 2016, it was only natural that we’d get news of the Western release being delayed as well. The producer of the game, Junichiro Tamura, confirmed this himself during the Tokyo Otaku Mode livestream at TGS 2016. The livestream contained gameplay footage which you can see below in the VOD, at the 5 hour 46 minute mark.
