Capcom has revealed today that a full CG movie is coming for spring 2017 in Japan. Resident Evil: Vendetta will be executive produced by Takashi Shimizu and directed by Takanori Tsujimoto.Hiroyuki Kobayashi. The main producer, has hinted that while being completely original, the plot would be similar to Resident Evil 1. We don’t know if the movie will come to the west, but with the arrival of Resident Evil 7 next year, it would make sense to see it in theaters. It seems Capcom is trying to push its strongest series and make them more profitable, since a Monster hunter movie is also being prepared.
