Banpresto is releasing a new line of prize figures for the Sword Art Online series in September. There will be scale figures of Yuuki and Asuna based on an illustration by Shingo Adachi. In addition to those figures, Chibi Kyun Chara figures will also be made for the six heroines of Sword Art Online (Asuna, Sinon, Yuuki, Leafa, Silica, Lisbeth). In total, there will be 16 figures made for the series.
First off, you can take a look at the A Prize Figure. It is of Asuna using her Undine ALO Avatar. The figure is sculpted by BTA/Verutekusu and stands approximately 21 cm tall. The figure will come with an ABS stand. You can check out a picture of it below.
The B Prize Figure is of Yuuki Konno from the Mother’s Rosario arc of Sword Art Online. This figure is also sculpted by BTA/Verutekusu and stands approximately 20 cm tall. This figure will also come with an ABS stand. You can check out a picture of it below.
The C Prize are Chibi Kyun Chara figures of the six heroines of the series. Asuna, Yuuki, Sinon, Leafa, Silica and Lisbeth all receive their own figure. They stand about 6.5 cm tall and include ABS stands. You can check out pictures of them below.
The D Prize are special Kirito color versions of the Chibi Kyun Chara figures. These are similar to the C Prize figures except the costumes of these figures have the same color palette as Kirito’s outfit, black and white. You can check out pictures of those figures below.
The final figure is a Kirito color version of the Prize A (Asuna) figure. Her costume uses the same black and white color palette as Kirito’s outfit. You can check that figure out below.
These prize figures are set to release in Japan on September 17, 2016.
