Nighthawk Interactive have announced on their website that they are partnering with 13AM games to bring Runbow Deluxe Edition to retail in North America.

The Wii U version, which launched last year, includes all the DLC including costumes and  levels. The Wii U version supports up to nine players in local multiplayer while the 3DS version (titled Runbow Pocket Deluxe Edition) has exclusive StreetPass functionality that can be used to exchange information like best run time.  An additional theme for the 3DS version is included in that version. Runbow Pocket Deluxe is only compatible with the New Nintendo 3DS.

This title in 13AM Games’ debut title which originally launched exclusively on Wii U. It is a platformer title with a strong emphasis on multiplayer through the usage of Wii accessories.

There is no date announced yet, nor is there any information on a possible European retail release.
