Aniplex have announced that Madoka Magica, Durarara x2 Third Arc and Owarimonogatari will all be receiving Blu-ray releases. The Madoka one in particular is interesting as it is going to be one set across 3 Blu-rays featuring all 12 episode with both the Japanese and English dialogue.  Other bonuses include textless openings and endings, special packaging and a compilation of trailers on disc.
