Rewrite+ trailer image

Publisher VisualArt’s announced at Anime Central that they will be translating Rewrite+ into English. The re-release of Rewrite and its fan disc Rewrite Harvest Festa! was first announced back in April, with no mention of a localization.

The announcement was publicized online through the Twitter account of visual novel fansite Fuwanovel:

Nothing has been revealed yet about the format or window for the release. Fan translator Ixrec of Amaterasu Translations has confirmed his involvement with the translation, likely using his translation of the original visual novel as a base:

The re-release includes Rewrite Harvest Festa!, which has not previously received any kind of English translation. Amaterasu Translations had one in the works, but the work has likely been moved to the official translation.

The localization of Rewrite+ shows the continuing commitment of VisualArt’s to bringing its visual novels to the English-speaking western market, alongside Harmonia, Tomoyo After ~It’s a Wonderful Life~, and Little Busters! Perfect Edition.

During the panel, regarding the possibility of an English release of the Angel Beats! visual novel, VisualArt’s replied with “it’s planned“.
