Collaborations in Japan always seem pretty interesting, and thus campaign involving idol group AKB48, animation company Studio Colorido and fast food chain McDonald’s may be one of the most bizarre yet amazing out there. The animated short is made to help launch careers at McDonald’s, showcasing a young girl being brought in work at McDonald’s, from helping and serving customers to eventually becoming manager. It’s beautifully animated with very little dialogue that has some surprising heartfelt moments during its short length. Regardless of how true to life this little story is, it’s still a quality piece of animation. Check it out below.
