As a way to cap off the final Global Testfire, Nintendo released a new, extended trailer for Splatoon, their upcoming third-person shooter.
The trailer is simple enough, showing a string of small gameplay snippets, set to a snappy beat. We do get a good look at some of the weapons and abilities that we really haven’t gotten a good look at before. There were also a few shots of the single-player mode, including some bosses. All in all, nothing too exciting, but still interesting enough to be worth a look, if for no other reason than to hear the catchy tune playing in the background.
Here it is, if you want to check it out:
Splatoon comes out on May 28 in Japan, the 29 in Europe and the US, and the May 30 in Australia.
