The Entertainment Software Ratings Board has officially released its rating for Batman: Arkham Knight. Unlike the rest of the Arkham series, the ESRB gave Arkham Knight a Mature rating for blood, language, suggestive themes and violence. The previous games in the series were rated Teen. Rocksteady Studios was surprised the game received a Mature rating. The studio does not plan to change the content of the game for a Teen rating.

Arkham Knight is slated for release on June 2, 2015.
