tales of xillia 2 ludger kresnik

Tales of Xillia 2

This was a close one. We had a dead heat between Xillia 2 and Layton/Wright with about 48 hours to go. But the Tales fans showed up in the end to put the latest flagship title over the top. Here’s to more greatness for the franchise as Hearts R and Zestiria come West.

Hyrule Warriors - 8-Bit

Hyrule Warriors

An absolute blowout. Despite the game getting mixed reactions from people, Hyrule Warriors did well enough to garner support for Game of the Month. Now for those Zelda games coming next year…

Game of the Month - October 2014

Bayonetta 2

Bayonetta 2

This one was pretty close, but it wasn’t between Bayonetta and Smash 3DS. It was between Bayonetta and Sproggiwood, the turn-based rogue-like PC game developed by Freehold Games. I look forward to seeing how it does in the preliminary round for Game of the Year. For now, congratulations are in order for PlatinumGames and Bayonetta 2.

And that’s all for this voting session. Next one will happen soon. Stay tuned.
