Jamie Cheng, founder of Klei Entertainment has taken to the Sony Blog to announce that Don’t Starve: Giant Edition is headed to the PS Vita on September 2, 2014. This edition can be yours for $14,99, which included the Reign of Giants expansion, which is normally $4.99.
Due to time constraints in order to have the game ready to go on time your save will not be compatible with PS4 saves, which means no cross play. To help make up for this the game will be available as a cross buy. If you purchase the PS4 version you get the Vita version and vice versa.
