Wii Sports Club - Tennis | Nintendo Download

There’s a nice selection of games in this week’s Nintendo Download. In addition to the first Toki Tori as well as Wario’s Woods on the Virtual Console (which is also available on the 3DS Virtual Console), Wii Sports Club will be available for you to download from the Wii U eShop today for free. Of course, even if you don’t download it from the eShop, it will be automatically downloaded via SpotPass. The games available in Wii Sports Club so far are Bowling and Tennis. The first 24-hours are free. After that, you can purchase each game for $9.99 a piece or have access to all available games for 24 hours for $1.99. This includes other mini-games that will be released later on.

Meanwhile, the 3DS receives the digital version of Kid Icarus: Uprising for $39.99. In addition, ATLUS is running a promotion on titles Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan and Code of Princess. The prices for those games will be $10 off from 9 AM PDT on November 11th to 9 AM November 18th.

The game also includes fully voiced levels and an amazing soundtrack. Kid Icarus: Uprisingis already available in retail stores and is now in the Nintendo eShop.

Virtual Console™ on Wii U
Wario’s Woods – In Wario’s Woods, control Toad as he scrambles along the bottom of the screen, picks up monsters and bombs and arranges them to clear the screen of enemies. The game features several modes of play, including basic, lesson and time race. Players that enjoy puzzle games like Dr. Mario™ will definitely love Wario’s Woods!

In addition to video games available at retail stores, Nintendo also offers a variety of content that people can download directly to their systems. Nintendo adds new titles weekly to the Nintendo eShop for the Wii U system as well as the Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo 3DS XL systems, to the Nintendo DSi™ Shop for the Nintendo DSi system and to the Wii™ Shop Channel for the Wii console.

The Nintendo eShop is a cash-based service and features games, applications and videos. Users can add money to their account balance by using a credit card or by purchasing a Nintendo Prepaid Card at a retail store and entering the code from the card. All funds from one card must be redeemed in either the Wii U eShop or the Nintendo 3DS eShop, respectively. They are not transferable and cannot be divided between the two systems.

The Wii Shop Channel offers games and applications and uses Wii Points™, which can be purchased via the Wii Shop Channel. The Nintendo DSi Shop offers games and applications and uses Nintendo DSi Points™, which can be purchased in the Nintendo DSi Shop.
