To celebrate the launch of Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon, it appears Nintendo has made a real-life Poltergust 5000!
For those of you who don’t know, Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon is the 3DS sequel to Luigi’s Mansion, released on the GameCube about 12 years ago. In this game, instead of ghostbusting his way through a single mansion, Luigi has to take care of all the ghosts in Evershade Valley! Professor E. Gadd arms him with the new Poltergust 5000, a much better model than the Poltergust 3000 he used 12 years back. As shown in the video above, the Poltergust 5000 is a vacuum modified for sucking up ghosts!
So, what do you think of Nintendo’s real-life Poltergust 5000? Pretty cool, I’d say. If you don’t have a 3DS yet and want to get Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon, check this deal out. Happy Year of Luigi, everyone! Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon was released March 24th in North America and March 28th in Europe and Australia.
