At this weekend’s MomoCon, Toonami held a panel. And during this, they revealed the return of FUNimation’s English dub of One Piece, which has been sought after by the many fans of Toonami for a long time now. For those that are unaware One Piece once ran on Toonami back in 2007 and ended on 2008. In addition to this news, Toonami will run the Evangelion 1.11 cut of Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone next Saturday in celebration of the revival of Toonami on Adult Swim.
As a fan of the series that keeps up to date with the manga and Japanese dub of One Piece this news should have little affect on me but I remember that One Piece was one of the shows that made Toonami fun on Saturday nights so as for myself I will be tuning in whenever the series is set to air, but let us know what you think of the news.
