Tiara Concerto

GAMANIA Japan has just announced the open beta schedule for their upcoming MMORPG, Tiara Concerto. While the beta is scheduled to kick off next week on March 4th, they’ve already begun their pre-open beta as of February 27th, around 1 AM Eastern time.

Anyway, the game Tiara Concerto is something that I’ve personally been looking forward to trying out. I’m not too completely sure of all of the game’s systems, but I know that the game itself is based a lot around music. For instance, players can use their instruments to summon doors to the sub-dimension, AKA dungeons. This process is known as “Summoning Music.” Really hoping that they change around some of these names and stuff whenever they decide to localize.

The game itself has 3 different races to choose from: humans, beasts, and elves. Pretty standard choices, but pretty nice designs to the characters, at least in my opinion. Beyond that, there are also 3 different classes to choose from. Doesn’t seem like much, and I haven’t tried the game out yet so I’m not going to say whether or not that’s a good or bad thing. Anyway, the classes to choose from are Performer, which is your standard melee class; Composer, which is your ranger class; and Tuner, which is your magic class. Now, each of these classes has different skill sets to choose from, which is ultimately going to change your playstyle dramatically, though I’m not sure exactly how dramatically that would be. I can tell the difference is immense for the Tuner, because one skill set is your offensive magic, while the other is your support magic. For the other classes though, the line may not be drawn so boldly. That’s something we’ll just have to wait and find out.

Now I’ve left you with a few preview videos, and I’d like to sign off this article with a nice little pic of a female beast character.
