With the upcoming release of Hyperdimension Neptunia V, NIS America has released two videos showing off some of the games battle footage. The first video shows the girls engaged in normal combat while the second one shows the girls in their CPU forms. I notice right off the top that the overall battle system has not changed that much since Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk2. This is a good thing; if it is not broke, don’t fix it. However, it appears the overall frame rate of the game has been much improved this time around. I am really looking forward to another adventure with the girls to save Gameindustri. Hyperdimension Neptunia V launches March 12th and is available exclusively for the PlayStation 3. For more info, you can check the official site here.

Steve started with oprainfall not long after the campaign moved from the IGN forums to Facebook. Ever since, he has been fighting to give all non-mainstream RPGs a fair voice. As the site admin, he will continue to do this and even show there is value in what some would deem "pure ecchi." He loves niche games and anime more than anything... well, except maybe Neptune.
