Dead or Alive 5

Yosuke Hayashi, head of Team Ninja, has announced in an interview that Dead or Alive 5 Plus is coming to the PlayStation Vita next year. Hayashi says in the video that “features which are appealing as the DOA5 Plus name reads are planned.” Basically, stating that the Vita version will live up to the “Plus” name. We can only wonder what type of features we will get to play with on the Vita version of the game.

Dead or Alive 5, which launched on September 3 on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, is also getting a feature expanding patch. What this patch will do is unknown at this time. From the sounds of the video, they are very excited to be offering fans of the game a new way to play and keep their skills honed on the go. As a fan of the game, I can’t wait to get my hands on the fighting action on the Vita.

What features would you like to see added in the handheld version of the game?
