Namco Bandai has released a number of high definition screenshots and artwork for their newest Tales game, Tales of Xillia 2.  Most of the pictures will revolve around returning characters Alvin and Leia as well as the main character’s brother, Julius.

Clockwise from top left: Julius Will Kresnik is the older brother of Ludger.  He is a non-playable character in Xillia 2.

Alvin is a returning character from Xillia.  He runs a business in the sequel.

Leia Rolando is also a returning character from Xillia.  She is an apprentice reporter in the sequel.

Now for a few screenshots from Tales of Xillia 2:

Some battle shots:

Tales of Xillia 2 will be released on the PlayStation 3 during the last couple months of 2012.  It is only scheduled for release in Japan but could see an international release if its predecessor does well in the European and North American markets.  Tales of Xillia is expected to be released in 2013 on PlayStation 3 for the European and North American regions.
