Earlier this summer, Nintendo announced that there would be two summer updates coming to Animal Crossing: New Horizons. We’ve already had the chance to enjoy the first one and now it’s time for the second wave they promised. This morning they announced that the second update will be available later this week, on July 30th. They also released a brand new trailer showing it off. It looks like this new update includes tons of fireworks fun every Sunday night, a variation of the Dream Suite which fans should remember from New Leaf and an island backup restoration service. Over on Twitter Nintendo has given a bit more detail on the backup feature. And finally, they’ve also announced there will be a free update coming this fall. No details about the fall update have been announced at this time. You can check out the new trailer for the latest New Horizons summer update, down below. Oh and let us know down in the comments what you think of this latest update and which part of it you’re most excited for.
