Anisong World Matsuri at Anime NYC | Promotional Image

Anime NYC has announced that they are bringing Anisong World Matsuri to this year’s event. The concert series will be held for two days on November 16 and 17, 2018 in the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. Anisong World Matsuri at Anime NYC was made possible due to partnerships between the convention and Japanese entertainment companies such as BANDAI NAMCO Arts, Inc., Amuse, Inc., and Sony Music Entertainment, Inc.

The performers announced so far for the concert series is as follows:

  • Luna Haruna (Fri, Nov 16)
  • TRUE (Fri, Nov 16)
  • Konomi Suzuki (Fri, Nov 16)
  • Morning Musume ’18 (Sat, Nov 17)
  • Shoko Nakagawa (Sat, Nov 17)
  • Hironobu Kageyama (Sat, Nov 17)
  • Hiroshi Kitadani (Sat, Nov 17)

Anisong World Matsuri is set to begin at 7 pm on Friday, November 16 and 5 pm on Saturday, November 17. Tickets for the event go on sale in August. An Anime NYC badge is not required to attend the concert.

Q&A’s and autograph sessions with the performers will be held at the convention. More performers for the concert will be announced at a later date.
