Utawarerumono Sweepstakes

Sentai Filmworks and Atlus are partnering up to bring you the Utawarerumono Sweepstakes. The Utawarerumono: The False Faces Sweepstakes runs through 11:59 PM CT on October 22nd, 2017. It will see a lucky set of five winners take home a prize package. Those entering the sweepstakes can increase their odds of becoming one of the lucky five by entering every day from now until the sweepstakes ends. Those fortunate enough to be among the handful of winners will get the prize package containing the following four items:

  • Utawarerumono: The False Faces Complete Collection Blu-ray
  • Utawarerumono OVA Blu-ray
  • Utawarerumono: Mask of Deception PS4 Launch Edition
  • Utawarerumono: Mask of Truth PS4 Launch Edition

To enter, you need to be a resident of the continental U.S., and be at 18 years of age. If you meet the rules and terms of the contest, you can enter the Utawarerumono Sweepstakes by going to the Sentai Filmworks Sweepstakes Page. Once there you can fill out the entry form. You’ll need to type in your first and last name, and your email address. There is a checkbox that you can tick to be signed up for newsletters from Sentai Filmworks and Atlas (though this box is somewhat deviously checked by default). Lastly, you’ll have to check the final box to indicate you’ve read the rules and terms for the Utawarerumono Sweepstakes before it will allow you to submit your entry for the day.

You may also enter by sending a postcard to Sentai Filmworks, LLC. 5373 W. Alabama Suite 640 Houston, TX 77056. The five lucky winners will be announced on October 4th according to the rules and terms page. This is obviously an error given that the contest didn’t start until today (the 13th), so they probably meant November 4th!

About Michael Fontanini

Michael is a veteran gamer in my early 30s, who grew up around video games, with fond memories of the oldies like the NES and SNES. He loves Nintendo but also plays a lot of games on his PC. Michael also enjoys going for walks or bike rides, and loves animals.

Michael is also a computer programmer. This started with a toy he got as a kid called PreComputer 1000 that was made by V-Tech. It had a simple programming mode which is what started him down the road of being a programmer! Michael can program in BASIC, Visual Basic, C++, C#, and is familiar with Java and Lua Script.

Putting programming and gaming together, Michael became a hobbyist game developer which may give him some good insights on game development! Most recently, he has been playing with the free version of the Unity engine (a powerful and easy-to-use game engine).

I love Nintendo but I also play a lot of game's on PC, many of which are on steam. My favorite Nintendo game's include Zelda, Metroid, and Smash Bros to name a few. On PC I love the Half-Life games, as well as most all of the Source Engine games just to name a few.
