Proto Man

“Of course I’m cooler than Rock…I’m red and have shades.”

In the wake of releasing the Mega Man Wearable Replica Helmet, Capcom heard the cry from fans to release another similar helmet from the series. Quick to respond, they provided them with exactly what they asked for: a 1:1 replica of Proto Man’s helmet. Now fans have the opportunity¬†wear both the Blue Bomber’s and his predecessor’s helmets or display them (but come on, who wouldn’t wear them at least once?).

The attention to detail on Proto Man’s helmet is much like the first replica helmet: quality. It features¬†a chrome sheen, LED lights on the ear mounts, air vents on the reverse side, and see-through visor. Additionally, those who purchase the helmet via the Capcom Store will receive an authentic Proto Man scarf as well. Preorders for the helmet are up now on their online store for $160 with a release slated for Winter 2016. Check out the images below for a closer look at the replica!
