The Legend of Legacy - Garnet

Atlus sent out a new press release today featuring two more characters from upcoming 3DS JRPG The Legend of Legacy. Last week they showed off characters Bianca and Meurs; this week the focus shifts to Liber and Garnet. The Legend of Legacy lets you choose which of the story’s seven protagonists you play as, which changes the view of the plot you get. Your selection also determines which of the six remaining characters will be selected to finish off your three-person party for the duration of a short prologue, after which they can be switched at will.

Here’s what Atlus has to say about Liber and Garnet:

A treasure hunter with a penchant for danger, and also profiting off said danger, Liber is coming to Avalon not for a noble cause, but rather to line his pockets.
Being the resourceful adventurer, Liber is one of the strongest supports in the game and excels with bare fists, short swords, and spears. Plus, Liber has a strong affinity for the wind element.
A trained templar knight, Garnet is loyal to her holy order, and is exploring Avalon to stamp out the heretics spreading blasphemous rumors about gods returning to the mortal realm.
Garnet has balanced offense and defense, making her versatile in party formations. She prefers long swords and shields, and she doesn’t have any elemental affinities at all.

Watch the two adventurers in action below!

Atlus will host a livestream of the game on their Twitch channel today at 2:30 PM Pacific Time.

The Legend of Legacy comes to North American shores on October 13. The launch edition has some pretty impressive goodies that come with it.
