While Tales of Zestiria has already been released in Japan in late last January, and the Western regions have yet to receive a concrete release date, something odd was pointed out by some on Neogaf. The latest entry in the franchise has appeared on Steam’s database which you can see below or here in Gooogle cache. The title has since been changed to “TOZ”.

Until an official announcement is made, there is no absolute certainty that its set to appear on Steam, but it would nice for PC fans to be able to get a taste of Tales of series as well.

This. I’d like this. (Though I’d basically need to get a PC gamepad to play it right.)

If Tales games start coming to Steam, there is literally no reason for me to buy anymore home consoles. I’ll stick to portables and PC. This would be the death knell of the PS4 in America (as far as RPG fans go).

Tales is a major motivator for me and all, but I’d probably still go for the console versions. But we’ll see what happens… the collector’s editions we’ve been getting for the last few entries would be one reason NOT to get it on Steam. But we’ll see.

For people that want to see that it actually was Tales of Zestiria written there.
