Big Announcements are Coming From NIS America

Will News of a New Danganronpa Hit Soon?

With spring just about a month away, video game announcements are just starting to warm up. According to various posts on NeoGaf, Nippon Ichi Software, developer and publisher of such titles as Disgaea: Hour of Darkness, Prinny: Can I Really Be the Hero?  and recent hits Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc and Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, will be making some news this coming Thursday in a press event.

NIS America has become a consistent publisher of niche titles that would otherwise have a hard time coming over to the west. Speculation over what will be announced ranges from the third chapter in the Danganronpa visual novel saga, to other, less likely series such as Love Live.

While we presently don’t know what will be show at the event, we will have people reporting live on Thursday, so be sure to follow us on our Twitter and check back on the site for updates on anything and everything that gets announced by our friends at NIS America in just a few days.

Big announcements are probably Disgaea 5 and the next Danganronpa.

  • Chris Tomashek

I doubt NISA would announce a “Danganronpa 3” before we hear anything about it from Spike Chunsoft, but I am really, REALLY hoping for a localization announcement for “Danganronpa: Another Episode”.
