Renegade Kid - Moon Chronicles | oprainfall

You probably know I’m a Renegade Kid fanboy by now. It’s a fact I’m very proud of, since they have put out a lot of quality games in the last few years. But I know there are still some of you on the fence about their games, wondering if they are really all folks say they are. Well, good news my friends. As announced by Jools Watsham on Twitter, starting today, Renegade Kid is having a sale on the Nintendo eShop! Granted, there are only two titles there, but they are both worth your time.

The first one is Moon Chronicles, which is the upgraded version of the DS game Moon. Though only one episode is currently available, they have reduced the original asking price from $8.99 to $5.99. This is especially nice since upcoming episodes are slated to be significantly less costly. I really enjoyed the original Moon, and with Chronicles slated to continue the story, I just hope more of you find the time to check it out while it’s on sale.

Renegade Kid - Mutant Mudds | oprainfall

While I can understand how some of you may not have bitten the bullet on Moon Chronicles before today, the next title you would have to be brain dead not to have tried. That title is none other than Mutant Mudds, the prolific little platformer that has made its way to 3DS, Wii U, PC, iOS, PS3 and Vita. So if you had an excuse before (which, to be honest, you didn’t) now you have no reason not to buy this lovely gem at only $ 5.99.

But don’t wait too long, as the sale is only active until October 2nd, one whole day before Smash Bros. comes to the 3DS and claims us all. Until then, if you’re looking for a couple great 3DS games to bide your time, look no further. You’ll be happy you did.
