Nintendo probably has a lot on their minds this holiday season with the upcoming launch of the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One. To help keep attention on the Wii U, Nintendo announced earlier today that a new bundle will be launching November 1st.

Wii U Mario & Luigi Deluxe Set | Box Art Front

This bundle, the Mario & Luigi Deluxe Set, will feature the black 32 GB Wii U and will come with New Super Mario Bros. U and New Super Luigi U on a single disc. The set will retail at $299.99 USD like the current Nintendo Land Deluxe Set. The older Deluxe Set will be phased out, but Wii U owners will still be able to purchase the game separately for $29.99. With the Wii U’s price drop earlier this year, along with the announcement of this new bundle, buyers will have a strong contender to choose from leading into the holiday season.

    “on a … disc”

    SOLD. ^_^

Same game…. different skins/moves… on a same disc… i’d call that 1 game not 2, like a game of the year edition they usually do with all the dlc.

So, they’re putting bundle games on disks now? How considerate!

Wish the Fire Emblem 3DS came with a physical copy, I had to buy the game and the bundle 😛

ehh, not sold. loving 3ds. loving new super Mario bros on that. there are plenty of games coming out to wii u, hopefully next year, donkey kong, monolith soft’s ‘X’ game… but for 300 bucks!? let everyone choose two games off the shelf. I for one, couldn’t be bothered with a single solitary game right now on the wii u. the ps3 is more of a bargain with more power and a larger library. ps4 and xbox one have just as many trashy games, with way more power and only $100 bucks or so more expensive. like the wii u, the other consoles have games… coming out in a year or two. but these companies want all our money and their giving us rubbish. NINTENDO ESPECIALLY! slap us in the face with the New Budget Title Bros. Never fear, Platinum games has some ‘6 out of 10’ games on the way!
