Here it is folks, the time we have all been waiting for! Today, Namco Bandai have announced a release date for their upcoming Weekly Shonen Jump-themed fighting game, J-stars Victory Vs.  The game is said to be released in Japan on March 19 for both the Playstation 3 and Playstation Vita. The game will have both a regular edition and a special edition.  No details on what will be included in the special edition have been revealed  yet. It was also announced that Boa Hancock from One Piece will be a playable character. Also Nisekoi‘s Chitoge Kirisaki,  To Love-ru‘s Lala Satarin Deviluke and Rukia from Bleach will appear in the game as playable characters.

J-stars Victory Vs. will be available in both a standard edition for 7,980 yen on PlayStation 3 and 6,980 yen for the PlayStation Vita. The special limited edition will be available for 10,980 yen on PlayStation 3 and 9,980 yen for the Vita. No announcement of a Western localisation has been made as of yet.
