(Japan) Welcome to the country of Malta in the 3DS game, Dragon Quest Monsters 2: Iru and Ruka’s Wonderful Mysterious Keys. Malta is a brand new world where Iru and Ruka turned up. It’s a small island where lots of people live and visit. The many locations in the country offer different experiences for players. There is the farm where Iru and Ruka live, Castle Town, Malta Castle and the Dojo.
The Farm is a small island that can be accessed by bridge. This is where you check on the state of the monsters in your company. The main organization of people you meet on your adventure can be found here as well.
The Castle Town is the center of activity for Malta’s residents. There are private houses, shops and facilities that are lined up on the town’s central main street. It is best to prepare here before going out on your adventure.
Carved from an enormous tree in the middle of the island, this is the heart of the country. A kings throne room and a portal to a strange other world can be found here among other fun adventurous filled places.
The Dojo can be found to the east of the castle. It is here where many monster masters wear their pride and fight every day. Fighters come here to be awarded grand prizes like the Mysterious Keys.
